ABOUT ME

As the founder of FHIT CLUB, I bring over eight years of experience as a personal trainer, having started my journey at Lean Physique Personal Training Studios in Connecticut and honing my skills here in Miami, Florida where I am currently training dozens of In Person clients as well as running a HIIT bootcamp on the weekends. With a background in baseball and a specialization in strength and athletic training, I am dedicated to helping clients of all ages—from energetic 20-year-olds to those managing health issues in their 70s—achieve their fitness goals. At Fhit Club, I pride myself on promoting a natural, straightforward approach to fitness and well-being. My signature programs, "90 Day New You" and "Miami Booty Bootcamp 8-Week Leg Program," are designed to transform your body and boost your confidence.
