What we collect
When you submit the coaching enquiry form, FHIT CLUB collects the name, email address, optional phone number, coaching interest, primary goal, preferred start timeframe, and any message you choose to include. We do not request or store medical history or other sensitive health information through this website.
How we use it
Your information is used only to reply to your enquiry, discuss coaching options, and schedule an intro call. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Third-party services
Booking is handled by Calendly, program delivery may be handled by Trainerize, and payments (when available) are processed by Stripe. Those services process your data under their own privacy policies. Form submissions are stored in this site's secured database.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or request that your enquiry details be deleted, at any time. Contact us using the details in the site footer.
Cookies
This website does not set non-essential tracking cookies. If analytics or advertising tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated first.
